This Opening Bowler will have to show form early on to justify continued occupation of the position; with younger members bowling impressively in the nets he can't rely too heavily on his leading wicket-taker status for the previous 2008 season. This individual continues to have greater aspirations in respect of batting but an inaugural '6' in a match towards the end of last year won't in itself serve to advance him up the batting order!
