Match report Records tumbled at The Chantry on Sunday afternoon as The Hawks secured their Division 3 status for 2009. Allan Conybeare and U16 Rishi Sharath were the heroes with a record 249 run partnership - the highest for any wicket since 1992.

Inserted after losing the toss, Horkesley's total of 323 was their 4th highest in history while both Conybeare and Prince (as he is known in the club) both recorded their highest ever scores for the club - and in the latter's case, beating his previous best by nearly a hundred! Indeed, it was the 3rd highest knock by a Horkesley batsmen and remarkably in his three games for the club this season, he has now score 245 runs without being dismissed!

With the Real Oddies bowled out for 54, it meant that another record fell as The Chantrymen romped to a 269 run victory beating the 268 mark sent in 1995 against Birch.
